Elvis appears on Flag Day

"We are always brainstorming for ways to bring community service to New London," said Vicki Johnson of Kindred Hearts. "We wanted to do something for the Veterans, who don't always get the recognition they deserve." The event is planned on Flag Day, and if veterans bring proof of military service they receive a complimentary lemonade and gourmet popcorn to enjoy while they watch the entertainment. "Elvis" will be in the building, performing and meeting with Veterans.

"This is a free show, and we welcome the public to come and enjoy Elvis too," said Johnson.
