Kautz becomes Eagle Scout

Peyton Kautz, of Boy Scout Troop 28, Clintonville, earned his Eagle Scout Award on July 18.

He was awarded the Eagle Scout Badge at a Court of Honor held Aug. 18 at Christus Lutheran Church.

Kautz’s’s Eagle project was to revitalize the Christus Boy Scout Camp fire bowl seating area, and consisted of staining and replacing the current boards with new ones. It was completed in the spring of 2024.

Kautz earned 22 Merit Badges on his way to becoming an Eagle Scout.

Peyton is the son of Ryon and Jodie Kautz, grandson of Jeff and Sharie Schneider and Mary and the late Ron Kautz, all of Clintonville.
