Manawa took the Central Wisconsin Conference-East championship with a 5-4 walk-off victory over Bonduel on May 19.
Bonduel got the first run on the board as Tatum Sporisky singled to make the score 1-0.
Manawa captured the lead, 3-1, in the bottom of the third when Briley Rosin drew a walk, scoring one run, and Olivia Zielke had a two-run single.
Bonduel took back the lead in the top of the sixth inning after Haley Conradt singled to the left side of the infield, Gracyn Wudtke grounded into a fielder’s choice, and Sporisky singled down the left field line, each scoring one run.
Manawa was down 4-3 in the bottom of the seventh inning when Alexis Ferg singled to drive in two runs to seal the victory
