Neil L. Manteufel, Waupaca, Wisconsin, age 58, passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2010, at his home in Waupaca, WI. He was born December 1, 1951, in New London, WI; son of Raymond and Amber (Resmussen) Manteufel. Neil worked as a handyman most of his life; helping family, friends, and neighbors with many different things. He will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends. Neil is survived by Two Brothers: Wayne Manteufel of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Merle (Sandra) Manteufel of Ogdensburg, WI, Sister: Diane Ayres of Waupaca, WI, Nephew: Jason (Mary) Ayres of Waupaca, WI, Niece: Melissa (Scott) Miller of Waupaca, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Amber Manteufel; his paternal grandparents, Louis and Cora Manteufel; his maternal grandparents, Lars and Lydia Rasmussen; and an uncle, Harvey Manteufel. A Private Family Graveside Service is being held at a later date at Crystal Lake Cemetery in the Town of Dayton, Waupaca Co., WI. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
