A tightly contested game went in the favor of Shawano as they defeated the New London Bulldogs on Feb 4 at New London.
The Bulldogs went up early in the first half as they took the 12-6 lead behind the scoring of Joseph Daly, who scored New Londons’ first seven points.
Shawano took the lead from New London as they went up by a score of 19-12 as they went on a 13-0 run before going into halftime up 23-21.
In the second half, Shawano outscored the Bulldogs 45-40 and finished the game with a final score of 68-61, as they finished the game with three players scoring in double figures.
The Bulldogs were led in scoring by Brett Marquardt, who scored 21, and Daly, who finished with 17 points.
