Taylor Grenlie's two-run double in the bottom of the fifth inning broke a 1-1 tie.
The Comets scored a run in the first inning and the Falcons tied the game in the third.
Grenlie drove in Missy Heschke and Katie Barlow.
Both teams had five hits.

The Comets swept the Indians despite committing seven errors in the first game and three in the second.
Waupaca trailed 3-2 heading into the bottom of the fifth inning of the first game before scoring seven runs.
Katie Barlow had three of Waupaca's 10 hits, while Megan Grenlie and Nicki Nelson added two each.
A seven-run first inning lifted Waupaca to the win in the second game, which ended after five innings due to rain.
Waupaca added another run in the second before Berlin cut the deficit to 8-7 with a seven-run second frame.
Carli Navin had three of Waupaca's 10 hits, while Nicki and Emily Nelson added two each.
Waupaca's doubleheader at Fox Valley Lutheran Monday, May 9, was rained out and has been rescheduled for Friday, May 13, with the first game to start at 4:15 p.m.
