SPASH softball fell on the road to Wisconsin Rapids on April 29, 6-1.
Ally Blanchard got Wisconsin Rapids on the board first as she drove in two runs with a standing double to score 2-0 in the bottom of the second inning.
Gabby Neilitz made the score 3-0 with an RBI double to bring Blanchard in for the score. Sydney Holberg drove in run number four to extend Wisconsin Rapids’ lead.
A sacrifice fly by Blanchard brought in the fifth run for Wisconsin Rapids and Rachel Linzmeier pushed the lead to 6-0 with an RBI single.
In the sixth inning, SPASH scored their lone run as Callie Diekhus hit an RBI double.
