September 12 – A student reported to their principal that a fellow student made unwanted sexual advances the night before at a park.

September 12 – An officer made contact with a woman at Kash Park who was crying. She advised the officer she had just broken up with her partner.
September 13 – A man was trespassed from Kwik Trip on Maria Drive. After leaving the property and then returning, he stated he “was on heroin” and wanted to be taken to the hospital. The man was transported the hospital by ambulance and issued a citation for trespassing.
September 13 – An officer was dispatched to a Frontenac Avenue residence after dispatch advised a male pulled a knife on the caller after the caller found out his fiancé was cheating on him with that male.
September 13 – A traffic stop was conducted on Main Street for a wrong-way driver, which ultimately led to the arrest of a 21-year-old man for OWI 1st Offense.
September 13 – A BP employee said a man kept asking for money and refusing to leave the gas station. While inside, another man said he had been asked for money by the same man.
September 13 – A woman stated she heard a car alarm going off while in her apartment. When looking to the parking lot where her vehicle was parked, she saw it was her own car alarm going off as a maroon van she did not recognize was driving away from her parked vehicle.
September 13 – Four underage individuals were cited at Top Hat Bar.
September 13 – Two juvenile males entered Sentry Insurance at 1421 Strong Avenue. A 17-year-old male was arrested and taken to jail for Criminal Trespass and Burglary. A 16-year-old male was referred to juvenile courts for the same charges. Both males received underage drinking citations.
September 14 – A traffic stop on Clayton Avenue for no headlights led to the driver’s arrest for OWI 1st Offense, and three passengers received underage drinking citations. One individual received a citation related to fake identification. Several open containers were located in the vehicle.
September 14 – A 29-year-old man was taken into custody on a Probation Warrant. Dispatch stated they were informed that the man may have “beat up his girlfriend.”
September 14 – A bicycle was stolen from McDonald’s on Division Street.
September 14 – A 47-year-old man was arrested for a theft that occurred at Guu’s on Main.
September 14 – A domestic altercation on First Street led to an arrest.
September 14 – Officers made contact with a male who was trying to view a house. The male said he paid to view the house with a gift card. Officers informed the male that this was fraud.
September 15 – Officers attempted to make contact with a driver of a vehicle that was street racing another vehicle that had been stopped earlier by an officer.
September 15 – Officers spoke with an employee at The Store on Badger Avenue in regards to viewing camera footage about a deer that was dumped.
September 16 – An officer discovered abandoned property at Mead Park.
September 16 – An unknown suspect damaged a window in the Bukolt Beach Building.
September 16 – A caller reported that a debit card and cash was stolen from her vehicle on Maria Drive.
September 16 – Multiple trucks were gathered in the Hobby Lobby parking lot. The teenagers in the trucks were informed they were on private property.
September 16 – A man was hanging out near a woman’s residence who he knew. He decided to go try and get some clothes from her residence. The man and woman got into an argument, which led the woman to trying to close the door. As a result, a cat’s head got slammed in the door.
September 16 – A man stated he was helping a woman get clean of heroin and things had gone bad. He stated people were following him and put trackers on his truck. The officer then observed two vehicles driving around in the area.
September 17 – A caller reported homeless individuals sleeping on the property of Antique Up on Church Street. The caller reported the individuals were also using the outlets on the exterior of the building.
September 17 – A bike was traveling in the bike lane on Patch Street, but then entered the travel lane and struck the front of a vehicle.
September 17 – A caller reported concerns of a babysitter who she believed to be inappropriately administering discipline to children.
September 17 – A man was conducting a home inspection and was beginning the process of inspecting the roof. In doing so, he stepped on the neighbor’s property to look at the roof. The neighbor was upset the home inspector stepped on his property without asking for permission first.
September 17 – The bathroom near the Bandshell was “trashed” upon officer arrival. It looked as though someone had attempted to flood the bathroom but failed.
September 18 – Two students at Ben Franklin Junior High had a physical and verbal altercation during class.
September 18 – One male was taken to jail during a warrant attempt on Second Street.
September 18 – Officers responded to Texas Avenue for a threats complaint between roommates.
September 18 – Officers responded to the 600 block of Maria Drive for a report of an out-of-control child.
September 18 – Officers responded to Cold Stone Creamery for a theft complaint. Officers determined money was lost due to a scam.
September 18 – An officer was dispatched to Aspirus Hospital for a welfare check regarding suspected child abuse that occurred outside of the county.
September 18 – A woman found a deceased rabbit on Saint Paul Street that has been shot by a BB gun.
September 18 – Officers located a man at the Cobblestone Hotel who stated he had a room there for the night. He admitted to being on cocaine but had no medical concerns and was not suicidal. The man left with his aunt and was taken back to his hotel room.
