Strength competition held in Clintonville
A Strong Man & Tough Chick competition was held at Olen Park in Clintonville on Saturday, Aug. 8.
Women in the competition were split into three divisions — Powerhouse Pixies, Vivacious Vixens, and Iron Maidens. Ashley Gipp was the overall winner in the Powerhouse Pixies division.
Bonnie Magee won the Vivacious Vixens division, while Kay Doran won the Iron Maidens division.
Men in the competition were split into two divisions — Rugged Rogues and Brawny Beasts. Drew Lundt won the Rugged Rogues division while Joe Oakland won the Brawny Beasts division.
Children also participated in the event. Boys were separated by age, and split into Novice Ninja divisions. Girls were separated by age and split into Warrior Princess divisions.
