Timothy (Tim) M. Thompson, 74, of Branson, Missouri graduated to Heaven on January 30, 2025. He is survived by his wife Lauri (nee Lemke) and his brothers Randy, Bryan (Jan), Roger (Connie) and Alan, and his sister Lori (Jeff) Kenney.
Spencer Lake and Waupaca were always dear to him as his family owned a cottage on the lake and he supported and served Spencer Lake Christian Center. Tim taught computer classes and owned/managed rental properties in the Carolinas, then retired with Lauri to Branson.
A sensitive, generous heart aptly described him. Since he was a jokester, it’s not a stretch to believe that he is now adding laughter to an already joyous place.
Nor is it a stretch to imagine him in Heaven singing “If you could see me now, I’m walking streets of gold. If you could see me now, I’m standing tall and whole. If you could see me now, You’d know I’ve seen His face . . . You wouldn’t want me to ever leave this place.” (Song by Kim Noblitt.) Memorial gifts are suggested to the Billy Graham Library, Charlotte, North Carolina, where he and Lauri volunteered.
