Richard R. Young, 33, New London; Christopher D. Hohn, 22, Clintonville; and Tony L. Smith, 28, Appleton, all face up to six years in prison if convicted of operating while intoxicated.
Young was arrested on the night of Saturday, March 19, in New London, after he passed, then cut off Waupaca County Sheriff's Deputy Tim Wilz, according to the criminal complaint.
Young was previously convicted for drinking and driving offenses in June 1995, April 1999 and March 2008.
Hohn was arrested on the night of Wednesday, March 9, after Clintonville police received a call regarding an erratic driver. He reportedly had a 0.19 blood-alcohol level at the time of his arrest. In addition to three prior drunken driving convictions since November 2005, Hohn's driver's license was revoked for 28 months in September 2010.
Smith was arrested shortly before 6 p.m. Thursday, March 24, when Waupaca police responded to a disabled vehicle report on Apple Tree Lane. Officers found Smith's vehicle in a snowbank and reported that Smith blew a 0.284 blood-alcohol level in a preliminary breath test, according to the criminal complaint.
Smith was convicted of a third drunken driving offense on March 16, 2009, and his license revoked for 24 months.
