Rueben W. Tonn, age 89 of Embarrass passed away peacefully at his home on Friday morning, November 10, 2023.
Rueben was born on January 8, 1934 near Underhill as the son of the late Gottfried and Olga (Moser) Tonn. He graduated from Clintonville High School in 1953 and served his country in the United States Army National Guard for 7 years. Rueben worked in maintenance at Briggs and Stratton in Milwaukee for 37 years. He retired in 1990 and moved to Embarrass where he enjoyed his horses and raised beef cattle. Rueben always had an ear to listen and often shared stories of his past. He enjoyed working with his close friends Ronald and Jackie Dey. Rueben was a faithful member of St. Martin Lutheran Church for many years and is now at home with his Savior.

Nieces and Nephews: Mark (Wendy) Pringnitz, Mike (Christal) Pringnitz, Steven Leverich, Tim Leverich, Gary Leverich, Janet (Gene) Salzman, Jane (Gary) Paige, and Jill Leverich.
Also great-nieces and great-nephews.
Rueben was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Ruth Pringnitz, Violet Pfennig, Gladys Gardifee, and Fern Leverich, and by his brother Alvin Tonn.
