Pacelli softball got a victory on the road over Weyauwega-Fremont on Tuesday, April 22 extending their undefeated season to 8-0.
Pacelli took a 2-0 lead in the first inning as the bases were loaded. Amelia Martini hit a two-run single to put her team on the scoreboard.
Peyton Mancl hit into centerfield as a runner came across for Pacelli to give them the 3-0 lead.
Kaydyn Nelson popped a fly to centerfield as she made her way to second, and drove in two runs to score, 5-0.
Ava Tess drove in two runs with a base-hit single to build the score to 7-0 in the second inning.
Mancl drove in another run in the second inning as she hit a sacrifice fly to make the score 8-0, and Tess came across in the bottom of the inning to make the score 9-0.
Kaylin Yenter drove in a run on a double to make the score 10-0 for Pacelli in the top of the fourth inning, and Martini drove in a run on a sacrifice fly to make the score 11-0.
Katy Ilkka drove in the final run in the fifth inning as she drove in a runner from third to make the final score 12-0.
