Waupaca Community Arts Hub ribbon-cutting ceremony for backyard area

The Waupaca Community Arts Hub had a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open their backyard area. Currently decorated for Halloween, it features a park shelter, an elevated concrete patio for performances, outdoor chairs and benches, a chalkboard, a log and boulder play area covered with wood chips, a play kitchen, a stone pebble area with Tonka trucks and a shed nicknamed the “hideout” that was built by Waupaca High School students. “For a small rural community we have a lot to be proud of,” said Executive Director Carol Couillard..James Card Photo
