Teachers select “Just Look Up”

Waupaca Middle School student Kayden Kromrie was named Artist of the Month for November.

Teachers say Kayden a polite and respectful, as well as talented.

The seventh grader is observant of fine details, skilled with his shading and blending, thoughtful about his composition and color choices.

Kayden’s “Just Look Up” is a mixed media example of neurographic art, which combines psychology and art with a method that stimulates the brain by creating new neural pathways and is being used for treating trauma, disease, stress and chronic pain.
