Jaber, Sandra

Sandra L. Jaber, of Waupaca, age 81, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024 with her husband at her side.

She was born in Fond du Lac on December 9, 1942 to the late Carl and Lydia (Buss) Fritzler, Jr. On August 24, 1963 she married William Jaber. Sandy graduated from Dr. Martin Lutheran College. She was a first through fourth grade teacher for over 30 years, teaching in several parochial schools. After retiring she did what she wanted to do and that is be a piano teacher. She had many students and enjoyed teaching them. Her recitals were very successful. Parents and grandmothers were entertained. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and played organ, sang in the choir and played bells. When Sandy and Bill retired to Waupaca they built an Honest Abe Log Cabin in the woods. She and her husband loved golfing, camping and the outdoors. She was an avid Wisconsin sports fan.

She will be missed by her husband: Bill; sister Joan Plotz; great niece and nephew: Morgan and Alex Fritzler; sisters-in-law: Carol and Ellen Jaber, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Schneider, brothers-in-law: Steve Plotz and Virgil Schneider, nephew, Christopher Plotz Fritzler.

The Memorial Service will be on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1120 Evans Road, with Rev. Ron Siemers officiating. The visitation will be on Wednesday at the church from 10 am. Until the time of the service. The Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
