Clintonville Utilities is now signing customers up for Bill Autopay. Interested residents can sign up for Autopay by filling out a form that will allow monthly payments to be automatically deducted from their account on the due date. Utility customers can enroll multiple accounts in Autopay. Autopay enrollment forms are available at City Hall, 50 10th Street. City Hall is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
