Waupaca County Home and Community Education will present a program explaining property tax bills Thursday, Nov. 4, at two different times and locations.
The program will be held at 9:30 a.m. at Angelus Retirement Center in Clintonville and again at 6:30 p.m. at the Waupaca County Courthouse, Room 1037.
Details on how to read a tax bill, how to use Open Book and Board of Review to get changes, the pros and cons of installment paying, and the impact of property reassessments.
