A workshop on how to catalogue and preserve artifacts for collection purposes will take place from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 6, at the Clintonville Area Historical Society’s (CAHS), 36 S. Main St.
A light lunch will be provided to the participants immediately after the morning session. The class is limited to the first five who sign up; if another four or five more sign up, then an afternoon session will take place for the second group.
While there is no fee for the workshop or lunch, the society is interested in only those who are willing to learn from this workshop and apply it to the inventory belonging to Clintonville Area Historical Society.
Becca Hiller, a local resident, who holds degrees in these fields and has worked in several Wisconsin museums, will be teaching the class.
