Tri-County 4-H Club met Sept. 13.
The meeting was called to order by the Vice President Jenna Ameteur. The American Pledge was led by Lizzy DeCoster. The 4-H Pledge was led by Cian Fischer. Roll Call was taken. Lizzy DeCoster, Lucas DeCoster, Jenna Ameteur, Cian Fischer, Lane Nett and Eli Nett were in attendance. The Secretary’s report was read and approved. The Treasurer’s report was read and approved.
Old Business: We received a third place on the table decoration for the tables in the 4-H building for the fair. We also received $10.00 to say thankyou from the fair board for our planter/wagon that we brought for the Fair Beautification project. We received $20.00 for the Club for the Herdsmanship Award for the cow barn. We received a second place on our Fair Booth. The members talked about their fair projects and placings that they received.
New Business: The Officers for the Club were voted on. They are as follows: President: Cian Fischer Vice President: Lizzy DeCoster Treasurer: Lane Nett Secretary/Reporter: Cian Fischer Sergeant of Arms: Lucas DeCoster Sunshine Person: Jenna Ameteur Caller: Eli Nett The Club voted to donate $50.00 to King Veteran’s Home,
The West Bloomfield Fire Department and The PoySippi Fire Department in Tustin for letting us set up our fundraisers at there events. The meeting is being changed to the second Monday of the month at 7pm instead of the second Tuesday. The meeting was adjourned at 9pm. Submitted by Cian Fischer.
