Radke, Elizabeth H.

Elizabeth H. Radke, age 90, New London, died on Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Elizabeth was born on August 9, 1921, in Canton, Illinois daughter of the late Walter and Helen (Bell) McGraw. She was united in marriage to William Radke on December 27, 1941. He preceded her in death in 1997. Together they owned and operated Graham Street Grocery in Racine for 21 years; retiring in 1969. Elizabeth’s greatest joy was taking care of her great grandchildren Elizabeth and Mark. She is survived by a grandson, Mark (Judy) Radke, New London and their children, Elizabeth & Mark. She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, William Radke III. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in the West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Racine.
