The Waupaca Area Toastmasters Club will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, at Fox Valley Technical College – Waupaca.
Gov. Scott Walker declared November as Toastmasters Month in recognition of the more than 100 clubs statewide that help members develop speaking and leadership skills.
