Waupaca author to speak at library

Theresa Drinka will discuss the book, Stung by “B”s: A Storybook on How to Recognize and Survive Venomous Behaviors, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 15, at the Waupaca Area Public Library.

The program is free, open to the public and expected to last about one hour. It will be followed by a book signing.

Drinka, of Waupaca, wrote the book with her daughter Jeni Synnes, of Madison.

Drinka and Synnes are both licensed clinical social workers.

Their book is about people who have been bullied by people who repeatedly exhibit manipulative behaviors. It is a collection of about 200 true stories from people throughout the country.
