Janine Beauchaine opened Young Impressions on June 8, 1992.
“There were not a lot of options available for kids while their parents worked.
“At the time I had 13 years of experience and I felt that there was a need it this area, this was an additional option for them,” Beauchaine said.
The center was under Beauchaine’s direction until December 2011.
Young Impressions is now under the direction of Kari Mack.
“I am excited to be directing Young Impressions and to be working with a wonderful staff of experienced and dedicated teachers.
“I enjoy being able to be an active part of the children’s day-to-day activities and appreciate the parents for choosing to have their families be part of the YI family.
“I look forward to providing our current and future children a nurturing environment to grow and learn for the years to come,” Mack said.
