Jagoditsch Jr., Edward C. “Judd”

Edward “Judd” C. Jagoditsch Jr., age 85, New London died on Sunday, December 02, 2012. H
e was born on February 25, 1927, to the late Edward G. and Clara (Borsche) Jagoditsch Sr. He was united in marriage on May 31, 1954, to Marie Crain at St. Patrick’s Church in Lebanon. Judd served his country in the US Army during WWII. He worked for Quality Meat Markets, Elmer’s Grocery Store and Curwood in New London. Judd was a volunteer firefighter for the city of New London and was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the American Legion. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren’s sporting events, spending time with his family and friends at his cottage on Bear Lake and singing.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; daughters: Kathy (Scott) Boelter, Neenah; Jean (Phil) Sternig, Appleton; son David (special friend Donna Kempf and Trystan) New London. Grandchildren: Michelle Boelter, Kari (Bryan) Vindhurst, Brian Boelter, and Hannah, Bradly and Lewis Sternig. Brother, Kenneth Jagoditsch, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, William (Suzanne) Crain, Robert Crain, Clair Flease, Arnold Tennie and a sister-in-law, Mary Fran Crain. He was preceded in death by infant daughters, Mary and Diane, his parents, sister- and brother-in-law, Anna Mae and Howard Thompson; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Regina and David Bricco; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Arthur and Patricia Crain; sisters-in-law, Marge Flease, Kathleen Tennie and Gail Crain and a brother-in-law, Jack Crain.
Funeral Mass for Judd will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, New London with Fr. Arul Joseph Irudamoney officiating. Visitation will be held at the Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, New London on Tuesday, December 4, 2012, from 4-7:30 p.m. a prayer service and a Knights of Columbus service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will also be held at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
