The Waupaca Area Community Foundation met Tuesday, Jan. 15, for its election of new Board members and officers for the coming year.
In addition to those directors continuing in their positions during 2013, the annual meeting selected Sharon Peterson to a new two-year term.
After the annual meeting, the newly-constituted Board then gathered to elect officers for 2013 as follows: Chairman Jack Rhodes; Vice Chairman Tim Neuville; Treasurer Jay Krcmar; and Acting Secretary Camin Potts. The board also set the date for the annual Gala Dinner on Saturday, May 11, at the Waupaca Country Club.
