A watercolor diptych by Iola’s Carolyn Rosenberger is included in the “Visions XV” exhibition at the Stevens Point Riverfront Arts Center.
The show runs through July 23 at the Riverfront Arts Center, 1200 Crosby Ave. Gallery hours are from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Rosenberger’s “Growing Expanse” includes many faces along with tree silhouettes and planets. The thought behind this painting is that as the knowledge of the universe expands, people should not forget to take care of their own world and each other.
The opening reception will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 13, with refreshments and homemade treats.
