Grand opening in Hortonville
A grand opening and ribbon cutting was held at the new Hortonville Municipal Services Center Thursday, Sept. 4.
Hundreds of residents, visitors and officials attended the event.
The center marks the first time in 120 years that a new facility was constructed for the village departments.
The building houses the library, police and court offices, boardroom, administrative offices and a community center.
