Tornado rated an EF0
A tornado touched down at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday in eastern Waupaca County between Manawa and Bear Creek.
The National Weather Service office in Green Bay described it as a “weak tornado, with winds near 85 mph.”
Minor damage was reported, including uprooted trees and several farm outbuildings. The tornado slid a manufactured home off its block foundation.
The tornado was part of a larger thunderstorm system that went through the area late Saturday and early Sunday.
