Pamela M. Bales, age 75, of Fremont, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at ThedaCare Medical Center of Waupaca.
She was born in Chicago, IL on August 19, 1941 to the late Edward and Dorothy (Oberst) McGovern. She was a huge Chicago Cubs fan, and was elated that they won the World Series this year.
Pamela is survived by her children: Michael Carroll of Happy Valley, OR; Kathleen (James) Nehring of Weyauwega, Jennifer (Daniel) Nehring of Weyauwega, and Leonard (Britney) Bales of Fremont; seven grandchildren whom she adored: Alexander, Megan, Sara, Madelyn, Willy, Gwen, and Lenny. Her sister, Patricia Martin of Illinois, also survives. She was preceded in death by her husband, Will.
Private family services will be held. The Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca assisted the family with arrangements.
