Manawa Lions support food pantry
Baskets filled with personal care products
The Manawa Lions Club recently donated gift baskets and $500 to the Manawa Area Community (MAC) Food Pantry.
The donations were delivered by Lion Annette Ziebell and Lion Treasurer Patty Roberts.
The gift baskets were put together by Lion Tracy Ogle. The baskets consisted of personal care items for area families in need.
The larger tubs consisted of food donations from Sturm Foods and personal care items donated from the Manawa Lions Club.
The $500 was donated by the Lions to use as needed by the food pantry. The check was accepted by MAC Food Pantry President Jan Zimmerman.
