Creative Caring Hearts’ Christmas tree brought in the most donations and votes during Hansen’s 12th annual Festival of Trees for Community and Charity.
Their tree produced $745, which included a $100 bonus from Hansen’s Furniture, Appliance and Flooring Center in Waupaca.
Collectively the Festival of Trees brought in $1,507.
Eight area charities decorated a tree on Hansen’s show floor. Hansen’s then invited the public to come in and vote for their favorite tree with a cash donation.
Each organization keeps whatever money they bring in but the tree bringing in the most cash/votes receives a $100 bonus from Hansen’s.
