Waupaca County sheriff’s report Sept. 10

• Sept. 10 – Caller from the 600 block of South Pine Street, Weyauwega, reported a man he knew came into his apartment and punched him in the face, then left.

• Sept. 9 – Caller from the E5200 block of Railroad Grade Drive, Weyauwega, reported someone was pounding loudly on her door.

• Sept. 9 – An 8-by-10-foot yellow swim raft was found on the Chain O’ Lakes and towed to Becker Marine.

• Sept. 9 – Caller in his boat by Becker Marine on the Chain reported a pontoon came speeding by, causing a wake in a slow no-wake zone. The pontoon’s operator yelled and threatened him, he said.

• Sept. 9 – Clintonville caller asked police to check on her mother whose friend recently died. The mother locked herself in her apartment, and no one has talked to her in several days.

• Sept. 9 – Caller from the N2900 block of Rainbow Drive, Waupaca, reported a 60-year-old man fell off a ladder onto his head and neck. He was conscious and breathing, but could only move his fingers.

• Sept. 9 – Caller from N3500 block of Sunset Lane, New London, reported a stolen bicycle. The bike’s owner had been helping the caller catch his runaway dog when the bike was taken.

• Sept. 9 – Caller from LeRoy Butler Drive, Waupaca, reported her children spent the weekend at their father’s house. When they returned, their prescription medications were missing.

• Sept. 9 – Caller from the 400 block of South Division Street, Waupaca, reported giving a woman $30 to pick up a pizza at Little Caesar’s, and she never returned.

• Sept. 9 – Caller from the 200 block of North Main Street, Waupaca, reported her aunt and another man stole some of her belongings while she was in jail.

• Sept. 8 – Kwik Trip, North Shawano Street, New London, reported receiving a possible counterfeit bill.

• Sept. 8 – Caller reported a bike had been left at the Waupaca Rec Center for several days.

• Sept. 8 – Caller from the E2400 block of Serenity Lane, Waupaca, reported his trail cams caught two teens trespassing on his property. They had guns and appeared to be hunting out of season.

• Sept. 8 – Weyauwega caller reported two men in a white pickup started following some youth as they were walking along Holiday Road, Weyauwega. When the truck passed them, then turned around and began driving slowly beside them, the youth took off running.

• Sept. 8 – Farmer Gene’s Campground, Marion, reported a drunk man was causing a disturbance.

• Sept. 7 – Caller from the 500 block of East Fulton Street, Waupaca, reported her step-brother was arrested on a domestic complaint and prohibited from having contact with the family for 72 hours. He called her mother three to four times from jail and complained he would probably lose his job and go to jail because of the complaint.

• Sept. 7 – A Manawa business reported a 20-year-old man had “a meltdown on the floor this morning” and asked for a welfare check on him.

• Sept 7 – Caller from Jellystone Park in Fremont reported her ex-boyfriend was trying to get into her camper to get some of his belongings. She said he may be drunk.

• Sept. 7 – Holiday Station, Badger Street, Waupaca, reported a man was trying to start a fight with another man at the gas pumps.

• Sept. 7 – Caller from the N4400 block of Ware Road, Waupaca, reported finding some credit cards by her mailbox.

• Sept. 7 – Caller from the N2000 block of County Trunk K, Waupaca, reported a white sedan hit her vehicle, then took off, as she was turning right into the parking lot of the Evanswood Village Shops off U.S. Highway 10 in Weyauwega.

• Sept. 7 – Caller from the 700 block of East Fulton Street, Waupaca, reported her daughter’s tablet was stolen in July. There were just now reporting it because someone from school may have it.

• Sept. 7 – A Bear Creek woman said she was picking up her boyfriend’s son and the boy’s mother and her husband yelled and threatened her.

• Sept. 7 – Piggly Wiggly, West Fulton Street, Waupaca, reported a man in a green Dodge truck took one of their coolers.

• Sept. 7 – Caller from the E5900 block of Evanswood Road, Weyauwega, reported a woman was outside her home, screaming in the roadway.

• Sept. 6 – Caller from the N2500 block of Woodland Circle, Waupaca, reported two people kicked in their door, entered their house and stole some items. She then said the missing items belonged to the people who took them, but the items had been at the house for awhile.

• Sept. 6 – Caller from the E2800 block of Granite Quarry Road, Waupaca, reported his landlord keeps coming to his house and asking him to do odd jobs. He said he cannot do the jobs because he is disabled.

• Sept. 6 – Caller from the E800 block of Stratton Lake Road, Waupaca, reported her 81-year-old mother may have been scammed out of $1,000.

• Sept. 6 – Caller from the E5100 block of State Highway 54, Weyauwega, reported her 22-year-old son sent her a text message demanding that she give him a ride to his grandfather’s house or he will beat her up.

• Sept. 5 – Caller from the N2400 block of Long Cove Drive, Waupaca, reported an 18-foot mahogany boat had drifted to his dock on Long Lake.

• Sept. 5 – Caller from the 200 block of East South Street, Weyauwega, reported someone entered her vehicle and stole cash from her purse.

• Sept. 5 – Caller from the N3300 block of County Trunk W, New London, reported a silver 2005 Chevy Trail Blazer was stolen from his garage.

• Sept. 4 – Caller from the N100 block of Clarks Mill Road, Weyauwega, reported two large radiators were stolen from his workshop.

• Sept. 4 – Caller from the N1500 block of County Trunk W, Fremont, reported the car trunk was pried open and the doors to his house were smashed open.
