Waupaca County sheriff’s report Oct. 29

• Oct. 28 – Two calls reported a fight involving multiple people on Main Street in Weyauwega.

• Oct. 28 – Kwik Trip, West Fulton, Waupaca, reported a man was passed out and unresponsive in the eating area outside the store.

• Oct. 28 – Caller from the N5600 block of Spring Street, Ogdensburg, reported a crossbow and guns were stolen from his vehicle.

• Oct. 28 – Caller from the E11600 block of County Trunk I, Clintonville, reported a vehicle crashed into his yard and the female driver, who was suffering from chest pains, did not want him to call anyone.

• Oct. 28 – New London caller reported a woman threatened to throw her in the river with a brick tied to her foot.

• Oct. 27 – Caller from Lambs Quarters Lane, Waupaca, reported her boyfriend locked her and her 3-year-old child out of the house.

• Oct. 27 – Caller from the 100 block of West fourth Street, Manawa, reported a burglary at his home. He said a pair of binoculars were missing. He also found a credit card on his porch that belonged to someone else.

• Oct. 27 – Caller from the 200 block of North Main Street, Waupaca, asked to speak with an officer because her neighbors were complaining to her landlord about her visitors.

• Oct. 27 – Parents from the 200 block of Union Street, Manawa, reported their son refuses to leave their house and tells them they need to call the cops.

• Oct. 27 – An unknown person made a 911 call and kept screaming for an ambulance, without identifying himself.

• Oct. 27 – An employee of Goodwill, West Fulton Street, Waupaca, reported being outside on a lunch break when a man in his 40s-50s, wearing a dark green jacket, pulled out a toy gun and pretended to shoot him.

• Oct. 27 – Caller reported she was in line for Haunted Hollow in Weyauwega. In a black car in front of her were two men drinking beer, urinating in the beer cans, then throwing the cans out the window.

• Oct. 26 – Caller from the 500 block of North Street, Waupaca, reported her 38-year-old daughter was “having a meltdown” outside in her pajamas. The woman called again later and said her daughter was threatening her.

• Oct. 26 – Caller from the N10200 block of State Highway 49, Iola, reported $5,400 was missing from his home.

• Oct. 26 – Caller on Seventh Street, Waupaca, reported seeing two children, ages 9 and 6, being bullied by two older children who threatened to kill them. When caller spoke with older youths, they yelled at and threatened the caller.

• Oct. 26 – Caller from the 200 block of East Union Street, Waupaca, reported a friend busted up her kitchen and left with her wallet and $200.

• Oct. 26 – Waupaca caller reported her son’s wife came home drunk and was verbally abusive.

• Oct. 26 – Caller from the 100 block of East Main Street, Weyauwega, reported her neighbors were shooting a pellet gun at birds, maiming and killing them.

• Oct. 25 – Waupaca caller said an elderly woman wearing red pajama pants and a black T-shirt came to her house and asked for a ride to her home on Dexter Street. She said the woman left and was walking toward Wyman Street.

• Oct. 25 – Waupaca caller said she was traveling on Saxeville Road when a small Ford sports utility vehicle started tailgating her. The vehicle passed her on the right side of the road, went down into the ditch, then hit her vehicle as it was coming back onto the road. Both cars stopped and the driver of the other vehicle yelled at her, then drove off.

• Oct. 25 – Taco Bell, West Fulton Street, Waupaca, reported receiving a call from a man claiming to be the regional manager. He asked how much money was in the safe. They recognized his voice from a similar call a week ago.

• Oct. 24 – Caller from the E8500 block of Weyauwega Road, New London, requested to see an officer. He said he was tired of “little b***ds” cutting across his lawn. He followed one of the youth to a house on Broadway Street.

• Oct. 24 – Caller reported a very strong smell of natural gas on Union Street, between Franklin and High streets.

• Oct. 24 – Manawa woman said she received three missed calls from the same number. When she eventually answered, a man she did not know said he had a package of hers at his house. He said he was a neighbor, but would not give her his name. The caller needed to go home from work at 10 p.m. and was afraid.

Traffic
Two people were injured in a crash at 8:35 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, in the town of Mukwa.

According to the accident report, Charleene M. Ritchie, 82, was turning into her driveway on the N4400 block of Larry Road when her vehicle collided with an oncoming vehicle driven by Amber Krimmer, 30, Weyauwega.

Krimmer and a passenger, Joseph WEstfall, 36, required emergency medical transport to ThedaCare Medical Center in New London.
