Lois E. Doyle of Waupaca, formerly of Chicago, age 87, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019.
She was born in Chicago on December 3, 1931 to the late Joseph and Harriet (Block) Falgowski. Lois volunteered for many years with phone pioneers of America, the Neighborhood Boys Club, Junior Achievement, Meals on Wheels and the Food Pantry. She also made bags for children after fires, when she lived in Chicago.
She will be sadly missed by her children: Michael (Anna) Doyle and Patrick (Veronica) Doyle, both of Chicago; Judith Doyle of Georgia; son-in-law, Ralph Wenck of Arizona; brother, Robert Falk of North Carolina; grandchildren: Thomas Doyle, Alyssa Doyle, Deanna (Jeff) Wisniewski, Brian (Madeline) Doyle; great-grandson, Anthony Wisniewski; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Cathleen Wenck.
The Memorial Mass will be on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 2200 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago. The Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca assisted the family with arrangements.
