Officer says she had juvenile passenger
Mariah Gaboury-Gorges, 20, Wild Rose, is charged with operating while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, felony bail jumping, possession of marijuana and misdemeanor bail jumping.
Shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday, May 7, Waupaca County Deputy Nate Nelson reported seeing a red vehicle cross the center line several times while traveling southbound on County Trunk X in Lind.
According to the criminal complaint, a young child was in the back seat.
Nelson found three cut straws with white powder residue and marijuana shake on the floorboard.
At the time, Gaboury-Gorges was out on bond for charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine and obstructing an officer in Outagamie County.
Waupaca County Judge Raymond Huber released Gaboury-Gorges from custody on a $1,000 signature bond with the conditions that she maintain absolute sobriety and not consume any illegal substances.
She is scheduled for an adjourned initial appearance on June 23.
