Frazier, Zelmer to be on April 6 ballot

A Manawa alderman received the most votes Feb. 16 in the city’s mayoral primary.
Mike Frazier and Mark Zellmer will be on the ballot for the Tuesday, April 6, election.
Frazier received 66 votes and Zellmer received 22. A third challenger, Darren Chancellor, received 21 votes.
The winner will replace outgoing mayor John Smith, who did not seek re-election.
