Russella Agnes Wochinski, age 80, of New London, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at ThedaCare in Appleton.
Russella was born on December 16, 1940 in New London to the late Russell and Mary Chapman. She was united in marriage to David Wochinski on November 16, 1974 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in New London. Russella attended and graduated from Washington High School in New London. In later years, she volunteered at ThedaCare, New London Hospital Auxiliary for 25 years and also the New London Historical Society. She was a member of the American Veterans and American Legion Auxiliary. Russella enjoyed being on the Monday morning bowling league. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, where she part of the Ladies Aide.
Russella is survived by her husband, David; children, Russell (Lynette) Beyer and Kevin (Stacy) Beyer and grandchildren, Tory Corona (special friend Krystal), Gage Corona (special friend, Louden) and Zaria Beyer (special friend, Matt). She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Russella was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Richard Thorn, Walter Thorn, Helen Schroeder and Catherine Wochinski.
The memorial service for Russella will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London with Rev. Joyce Rich officiating. Visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Floral Hill Cemetery, New London.
