Clintonville Athletic Club to host event
The Clintonville Athletic Club will hold a fireworks show Friday, July 2, at Olen Field-Don Jirschele Memorial stadium.
The A’s will run concessions that night, selling treats, drinks and beer. They will also be selling raffle tickets and 50/50 draws throughout the night.
The club is looking for sponsors for the event.
For the safety of all residents who want to enjoy the fireworks that night, a section of 8th Street right in front of the park will be barricaded, starting at 7:30 p.m.
Those who want to use the parking lot across from the field should be there before that time.
Raffle tickets are being sold by legion players, A’s players, and club members.
