During my recent visit to Waupaca, my bike tire was rubbing and making a funny noise.
I was able to fix it by using the bike maintenance station at the high school. These stations come in handy, and the ones I saw were in good working order.
In addition, old bike inner tubes are used to keep trash bags in the trash cans at Swan Park. This is such a great way to reduce litter and re-use the tubes.
It is so pleasant to visit and ride bike here.
