Glenn Abrams, age 60 of Janesville, WI passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022.

Glenn was born on April 25, 1962; son of Clark Abrams and Jeannine Fokken in Oak Lawn, IL. He received his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. On March 11, 1989 he married Lenora Carrico in Springfield, KY.

Glenn is survived by his wife, Lenora Abrams of Janesville, WI; daughters, Alex (Colton) Weller of Johnson Creek, WI; Anna (Ben Gabbert) Abrams of Waupaca, WI; grandchildren, Scarlett Lenora Weller, Maddy Gabbert, and Jackson Gabbert. He is also survived by his siblings; Terri Abrams, Jeffrey (Mark Spelbring) Abrams, Kate (Scott) Debow Hayes, Lori (Ted) Rubinstein, Gregory (Christine) Abrams, and many nieces and nephews. He is further survived by his Kentucky brothers and sisters; Helen and Mark Warren, Charlene and James Mann, Nancy and Tommy Satterley, Kevin and Marsha Carrico.

He is preceded in death by his father, Clark Abrams, mother and father in-law, Clarine & Maurice Carrico, sister and brother-in-law, Barbara Nell & Kenny Brookshire.

Glenn was a kind, outgoing, and personable man. He could make friends anywhere he went & could put a smile on anyone’s face. Many of his friends and old neighbors will tell you he was the life of the party and had the most fun when hosting neighborhood dinner parties. He was a well-known business man having managed a popular hotel in Waupaca for years and then moving on to owning his own gas station/convenience stores in town. He was an avid golfer, connoisseur of Scotch, and a child at heart with his high-speed remote-control cars that he spent too much money on. Glenn will be missed as that fun person by many friends and family.

By his wife, Lenora, and daughters, Alex & Anna, Glenn will be remembered as a man who loved them & provided for them. He will be remembered as a man who loved his wife deeply. He will be remembered as a dad who was immensely proud of his daughters and would have given them the world if he could have.

He will be forever missed & forever loved, but his memory will live on for generations to come.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until time of services at Holly’s. Online condolences available at www.hollyfuneralhome.com
