Waupaca County sheriff’s report May 7

• May 1 – A Clintonville woman on Buckbee Road reported someone was asking her daughter to take and send them inappropriate pictures.

• May 1 – A Waupaca man on Pope Road reported he was being harassed and threatened by a woman having mental issues. The woman claimed he was working with Joe Biden.

• May 1 – A Waupaca caller on Parfreyville Road reported a crying woman who wanted to commit suicide.

• May 1 – A Clintonville caller on Kratzke Road reported his disgruntled neighbor almost ran him off the road. The caller was in a tractor.

• May 2 – A New London man on Stiebs Johnson Road reported a woman was violating a temporary restraining order.

• May 2 – An Ogdensburg caller on Poverty Hill Road reported he gave information to a woman online and she received $17 but she had taken over his account.

• May 2 – Weyauwega Police Department requested assistance with suspicious activity on Vesey Lake Road.

• May 2- Dairyland Animal Health in Weyauwega requested help in reuniting a stray dog with its owner.

• May 2 – A Waupaca man on Timber Drive reported a hit-and-run. His car was dented in back.

• May 2 – A Fremont man on Wisconsin Street reported a female came home drunk and disorderly.

• May 3 – An anonymous caller reported male with a warrant for his arrest was staying at an address the caller provided.

• May 3 – Little Wolf High School in Manawa requested an officer. One student assaulted another student.

• May 3 – An Iola woman on Curtis Lane reported a Milwaukee healthcare patient was harassing her and calling her cell, work and home numbers.

• May 3 – A Manawa man on Ferg Road reported two suspicious vehicles: a dark gray car and a dark blue Dodge truck.

• May 3 – A Waupaca woman on Tower Road reported her boyfriend threw something at her, threatened to damage her vehicle and was yelling at her.

• May 3 – A female caller reported that children were being beaten at a home. There were seven children total and one was locked in the basement.

• May 3 – Crime Stoppers reported a male in a black four-door Jeep was driving without a license.

• May 3 – A Waupaca man on Arbor Street reported his extremely intoxicated brother attacked him and threatened to harm his family.

• May 3 – An unknown caller requested an ambulance for a 43 year-old man having a diabetic seizure and warned there was a protective dog at the address that will bite.

• May 3 –A cell caller reported they would be repossessing a gray 2013 Dodge Ram and the owner was unaware.

• May 3 – A Waupaca woman on Oak Street reported her 27-year-old son was drunk and would not calm down.

• May 4 – An unknown caller reported there was an eastbound semi on State Highway 10 with its tires smoking.

• May 4 – An Iola woman on Frogner Lane reported she had a restraining order on a man who threatened her and said, “She is going to make me do something I don’t want to do.”

• May 4 – An Ogdensburg town supervisor reported three calves in the ditch.

• May 4 – A Shiocton man called 911 to pay his phone bill. He was upset.

• May 4 – Riverhill Dental in Waupaca requested extra patrol over the weekend. A suspicious dark gray Honda van pulled into their parking lot at 4:14 a.m. and left at 7 a.m. No one got out of the vehicle.

• May 4 – An Iola man on County Trunk J reported an ATV rider fell off and was lying in the ditch.

• May 4 – A Waupaca man on Bags Hill Road reported his female neighbor who owns land but does not live there will sit in her van across the road and will watch his house for “hours on end and even late into the night.”

• May 5 – A New London man on Madden Road reported a woman was trespassing onto his property and harassing his grandmother.

• May 5 – An anonymous Milwaukee caller reported two neighbors were coming onto his property and yelling at his property caretakers.

• May 5 – A New London school bus driver reported a red SUV drove through the red lights and the extended stop-sign arm while dropping off a child. He also reported a gray SUV doing the same thing.

• May 5 – A felony arrest warrant was issued for a female for delivery of fentanyl and endangering safety.

• May 5 – An anonymous caller reported a man wearing a black vest, camouflage pants and carrying a turkey decoy was pretending to lunge into traffic.

• May 5 – A Bear Creek man on County Trunk D reported wire was stolen off irrigation equipment.

• May 5 – A Wausau man reported a burglary. Suspects stole food and liquor out of his camper.

• May 5 – A Waupaca woman on Bunker Road reported the sound of an explosion.

• May 5 – Recovery Industries reported they were repossessing a white 2022 Chevy Silverado. The owner was unaware.

• May 5 – A Fremont woman on Bellin Road reported water was leaking everywhere when she came home. Her friend, who was not supposed to be there, was messing with the water earlier in the day.

• May 5 – A Waupaca woman on Berlin Street reported two males were trying to fight her son. There was mention of a gun. The two males had been kicked out of the recreation center earlier for being intoxicated.

• May 5 – A Waupaca man on Ebbe Lake Road reported hearing a loud bang and that sometimes people go to a nearby quarry to shoot guns.

• May 6 – A DNR warden reported a receiving a call from Scandinavia about a person shooting at turkeys from an old green Mercury station wagon.

• May 6 – A male caller from Rawhide Youth Services reported a juvenile male punched another juvenile male several times.

• May 6 – A female caller was babysitting and reported hearing a door open. She said one of the barn doors was open. They were closed and locked before.

• May 7 – A Weyauwega man on Third Street reported he wants to kill himself but did not have a plan.

• May 7 – Canadian National Railroad reported three people with a white truck were stealing railroad ties.

• May 7 – A Marion man on Qaurterline Road reported there were people on his property shooting guns.

• May 7 – A Marion man on Prospect Avenue reported a man cut down some trees and they fell onto his property. He wanted to file a trespassing report.

• May 7 – A Waupaca man on County Trunk K reported a friend had been staying with him for a month and would like him to leave.

• May 7 – An Iola man on Rustad Road requested an ambulance for an 82-year-old female that was “ice cold to the touch.”

• There were 24 controlled burns called in. The water patrol stopped three boats. A dead calf was reported near a road in Black Creek. An Iola man reported manure on the road and another caller reported manure on the road near County Trunk P. An unknown caller reported aggressive cows were on the loose and charging at people. A Manawa caller reported two large black dogs killing chickens and ducks.
