Vehicle collided with tree Sunday
A 39-year-old rural New London man was killed in a crash shortly after 6:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 17, in the town of Lebanon.
According to the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle was westbound on Stage Road one-half mile east of Larry Road when it failed to negotiate a curve and slammed into a tree.
The Waupaca County medical examiner pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
The identity of the driver will not be released until his family has been notified.
