Paul M. Lyons, 52, of Waupaca passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, January 26, 2024.
Paul was a graduate of Waupaca High School and an avid follower in Christ. Paul was born on March 4, 1971 to Larry and Janice (McPeak) Lyons in Waupaca, WI.
Paul had a passion for volunteering at Bethany Home, going to the movies, playing miniature golf and bingo, and also putting puzzles together at the library with his brother Chris. He also liked watching wrestling, watching the Packers, the Milwaukee Brewers, as well as caring for his two cats; Snapple and Billie Jo. He always looked forward to camping with his family at Lifest every summer.
Paul is survived by his parents; Larry and Janice Lyons, his brother; Christopher Lyons, Aunts and Uncles; Jerry (Karen) Lyons, Judy (Ken) Krassman, Cathy Nelson, Shari Erickson, Cindy (Steve) Christensen, Tom (Annette) McPeak, Julie (Todd) Waltz and many other beloved cousins and dear friends.
Paul was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather; Robert (Bob) Lyons, his paternal grandmother; Barb Lyons, his maternal grandfather; Ercel McPeak, his maternal grandmother; Joyce McPeak, three uncles; Bobby Lyons, Daniel Nelson, and Matthew Erickson.
A Funeral Service for Paul will be held at Calvary Chapel in Waupaca, WI on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 12:00 Noon. A Visitation will be held at church from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Pastor David Goyke will be officiating. Burial will be held at Cedar Lake Cemetery after the service. Memorials can be made to St. Jude’s. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
