Two brothers are in Waupaca County jail on $10,000 cash bonds.

In two separate felony cases, Donald A. Deschler, 51, Clintonville, is charged with 22 counts of possession of child pornography, use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, exhibition of child porn and cause a child to view a sex act.

Terrence O. Deschler, 65, Weyauwega, is charged with three counts of child pornography and one count of use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime as party to a crime.

According to the criminal complaint, Weyauwega police were informed that Donald Deschler was communicating with someone online that he believed was an 11-year-old girl. He allegedly told “EM,” the person posing as an 11-year-old girl, in graphic terms that he wanted to have sex with her.

Weyauwega Police Sgt. Bryan Strobusch investigated the case. He reported that Deschler sent “EM” explicit messages regarding sex.

Investigators say Deschler sent her inappropriate photos of himself, as well as photos and videos of pre-adolescent girls either undressed or having sex with adult males.

In one text message thread, Deschler told “EM” that his Facebook account haD been suspended for three days and “You might want to delete our conversation but, it may already be too late,” the complaint says. “I hope I don’t get into trouble with the law because underage naughty movies are illegal.”

He then reportedly added, “I love you and I still want to meet on Saturday.”

Strobusch reported, “Deschler explained to me that he is addicted to sex and sexually attracted to young girls.”

While recovering data from Donald Deschler’s tablet, investigators found messages he reportedly sent to his brother Terrence regarding his Facebook suspension.

“Donald then says to Terry ‘So don’t send any chic pics to me. I deleted everything,’” the complaint says. “Terry then asks Donald ‘How do I get rid of this stuff?’ Donald tells him not to worry, but advises him not to send anything to anyone on Facebook.”

TeRrence Deschler is accused of using his phone to exchange child erotica with his brother.
