Charity endowment in New London

The New London Community Fund is a permanent endowment fund within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region.

Like a community savings account it will provide a lasting source of dollars to be given to charitable organizations working to improve the lives of everyone in the area, through an annual grant process.

For many years, the surrounding communities of Waupaca, Clintonville, Chilton, Brillion and Shawano have had established Community Foundations and permanent endowment funds.

The Van Alstines have been reaching out to community leaders, businesses, organizations and friends to spread the word and build the base for New London. Donations of all amounts are needed and tax deductible.

The fund is within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region in Appleton, a nonprofit 501c3 organization, which manages and invests assets on behalf of this charitable fund.

To contribute, send a check made payable to New London Community Fund, 4455 W. Lawrence St., Appleton, WI 54914 or give online at www.cffoxvalley.org/give-newlondon
