He then spent another 14 years as a field representative for the architectural firms of Sauter Seaborne and DLR Group.

Ray spent most of his life with Shirley, enjoying many of the same interests, such as traveling with close friends to various destinations throughout the US and the world, exploring many of the biking trails in Wisconsin and Illinois, downhill and cross-county skiing, snowmobiling as members of the Dale Trailblazers Snowmobile Club, and dancing the nights away in each other’s arms. For many years, he was very active with the Medina-Dale-Readfield Lions, holding several office positions with the Lions Club International, including Deputy District Governor.

Ray is survived by his daughter Teri (Scott) Huntley, grandson, Andrew (Karley) Huntley and great-grandson Watson Huntley; grandson Austin (Ashley) Huntley; son Steve (Joan) Malliet, granddaughter Lauren (Dan) Gilanyi and great-grandson Aaron Gilanyi; grandsons, Colin (Mel Koe) Malliet, Ryan Malliet and Ben Malliet; sisters Dorothy (Dick) Peterson, Mary Zimmerman and brother Jim (Marcia) Malliet; step-brothers Marty (Katie) Marasch, Mike (Sheila) Marasch, Mark (Kristie) Marasch, and step-sister Mary (Don) Sommer. The family would like to extend our gracious thanks to the staff at St. Joseph Residence and Compassus Hospice for their friendship, kindness and care.
