Felony paraphernalia charge filed
Jonathan L. Williamson, 30, Waupaca, is charged with felony possession of meth paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping.
According to the criminal complaint, Waupaca County Deputy Curtis Much was filling his squad car with gas at 9:25 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, at East Side Mobil in Waupaca when he noticed a car with no rear license plate.
Much made contact with the car’s occupants and discovered an active warrant for Williamson’s arrest.
Officers at the county jail reported finding a glass meth pipe in Williamson’s sock. Residue in the pipe tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine.
Williamson was charged in Outagamie County on Oct. 11 with retail theft and misdemeanor bail jumping, and released on a $1,000 signature bond.
He was convicted in Waupaca County of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 7, 2018.
Williamson is in custody on a probation hold from Outagamie County.
