Christopher Foster, director of the Cenetral Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Mary Kolar, secretary-designee of the state Department of Veterans Affairs and Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes cut a ribbon May 27 to formally dedicate the cemetery's new administrative office building in King. All three also spoke at the cemetery's annual Memorial Day program.
