Waupaca County sheriff’s report June 3

• June 2 – Caller from the E5600 block of North Water Drive, Manawa, reported her 7-year-old grandson had been missing for 45 minutes. He was later found hiding inside a car.

• June 2 – Kwik Trip, West Fulton Street, Waupaca, reported a juvenile came into the store, said his father hit him and wanted to speak to an officer.

• June 2 – St. Joseph Residence, New London, reported a man in the parking lot, talking to himself, dancing and singing, and chasing a dog.

• June 2 – Fletch’s Corner Store, Main Street, Embarrass, reported a counterfeit $100 bill.

• June 2 – Caller from Northgate Estates, New London, reported someone took his wood splitter, propane heater and chain saw that had been outside.

• June 2 – Canadian National Railroad reported three men were fishing off the railroad tracks in Weyauwega, and they wanted them to be cited.

• June 1 – Kwik Trip, Mill Street, New London, reported a male shoplifter in a tan coat who left the store in a rusty white Chevy Lumina.

• June 1 – Phil’s Still, State Highway 54, New London, reported an intoxicated man would not leave and was asleep at the bar.

• June 1 – Caller from the 500 block of South State Street, Waupaca, reported a 26-year-old intoxicated male fell, hit his head on the table and began vomiting.

• June 1 – Caller from 500 High Street, Waupaca, reported there was damage to the wall going into the laundry room and it was not there the previous night.

• June 1 – Ogdensburg caller reported her husband was smoking crack and she does not fell safe going inside the house.

• June 1 – In Motion Automotive, North Shawano Street, New London, reported a customer’s child carved up the wall while they were in the waiting room.

• June 1 – ThedaCare in Waupaca reported a juvenile female who had overdosed came into the emergency room.

• June 1 – Waupaca caller reported her husband has been drinking heavily. He became violent and erratic. After he threatened her, she went to her parents’ home.

• June 1 – Caller from the 800 block of Seventh Street, Waupaca, reported two 12-year-old boys had climbed up on her garage roof.

• June 1 – Caller from the 300 block of North Harrison Street, Waupaca, reported someone threw a bunch of nails on his driveway.

• June 1 – Rawhide Boys Ranch, New London, reported a resident was “trying to start a riot.” The staff had restrained him but he was screaming.

• May 31 – Caller from the 500 block of South State Street, Waupaca, reported an acquaintance took her cellphone and would not return it.

• May 31 – Caller reported numerous vehicles were visiting a vacant trailer on Draeger Road, Waupaca, usually at night.

• May 31 – Broadway Vision Center, West Fulton Street, Waupaca, reported people are dropping their garbage in the center’s dumpster.

• May 31 – Caller reported giving a ride to a 13-year-old girl who was walking from Fremont to New London. The girl borrowed the caller’s phone but was unable to reach her mother.

• May 31 – Kwik Trip, Mill Street, New London, reported a man had passed out behind the wheel of his car three hours earlier.

• May 31 – Caller from the 200 block of West Main Street, Weyauwega, reported her orange tabby cat was missing.

• May 30 – Wisconsin Veterans Home at King reported a resident was missing $200 from a locked drawer.

• May 30 – Caller from the N3700 block of Elm Grove Road, Clintonville, reported someone broke into a barn and stole a moped and some tools.

• May 30 – The Pines Post-acute and Memory Care, Embarrass, reported a 69-year-old man returned from a mental health center and was now attacking staff, smashing everything in the dining room.

• May 30 – Marion caller reported his wife had been in the hospital for treatment of depression and detox. Now she was yelling at him.

• May 30 – Manawa woman reported people scammed by her ex-husband were now harassing her on Facebook.

• May 30 – Waupaca caller reported a 31-year-old woman left her 8-year-old son home alone so she could go to a bar.

• May 29 – Caller from Carper Road, Iola, reported her 16-year-old son attacked her fiance with his fists and was out of control.

• May 29 – Weyauwega caller requested a welfare check on her grandson because there is no water or electricity at his home. She said she cannot go there herself because she is not welcome.

• May 28 – Caller from the E9000 block of County Trunk X, New London, reported someone stole the trolling motor from his boat.
